When Chinese listed as one of the spoken languages of a doctor. It means the doctor him/herself understand Chinese, or one of the personal can speak Chinese. Doesn't mean all person that works in the clinic speak Chinese.
PCP list saying a doctor speaks Chinese, but when I call the clinic the person who picks up the phone doesn't speak Chinese, why?
